ribbed belt

Has anyone on the list replaced the ribbed drive belt 
on a 95 GLX. Any secrets to getting it off/on? How do
I get the tension released?  Don't want to take it to
the dealer. The service guy says I have two ribbed
belts and the parts guy says the 95 only has one. I
only see one..  Thanks for any words of wisdom......

Also, I noticed a odd hum comming from the top of the 
drive belt area. I have 80,000 miles on the car. Any
have any idea's what this might be..
