I see that setup on Neons alot. I think the factory exhust on some is that way.
A Neon was running 9.9's in the 1/8 mile last night at the track, on NOS of
course. I was running 9.6's, Garrett V.11, p-flo and exhaust. Those times are
good for 14.6-14.8 in the 1/4.
