Funny Neon

On my way to work this morning, besides seeing a brush fire in the highway 
median (Rte 15 in CT and I called the State Police), I saw a white Neon with 
16" or 17" wheels and a DUAL EXHAUST?  It really wasn't a dual exhaust, but a 
muffler with dual exhaust pipes and chrome 4" tips.  The muffler was just 
about under the rear bumper and was sitting transverse, like the VR6 sits in 
the engine bay.  On the left side of the muffler was the inflow pipe.  Then 
on either end of the muffler, an exhaust pipe exited to the chrome tips.  I 
just smirked to myself and said, "what a waste".  Anyway, I usually respect 
people for being who they are, but this was too much.
