I got my GLX for 19,800 Loaded (including CD changer)
He got his 325 Loaded for 25,500 (including Computer Chip)
I'm not sure where you got that 22k number from, but I
haven't seen a 3 series with base price that low in many
years.  Even the crappy 318 is over 20k...  I know that
I got a great deal, his was just a good one.  And mine
is even "Arrest-me" Red, one more little bonus for me.
