Stock Bose Stereo

I've got a '98 with the stock Bose System head unit. Here's my short list of
complaints:
(1) I've only got SIX, thats 6, I'm telling you 1-2-3-4-5-6 station
presets!!! WHAT GIVES?!
(2) The radio reception borders on barely acceptable.

My sister's got a '99 GL, she got an upgraded stereo which I frankly think
is ugly but the sound quality with the CD player is not that bad. She's got
12, that's right TWELVE station presets, and her radio reception seems
better.

Any comments?
