These are especially important for the Corrado whose VR6 runs a lot hotter.
On Jettas and GTI's, they seem to cool a little bit better, and are not a
"really good idea" like they are for the Jetta. They are, however, still a
"reasonably good idea", and if you got one, not many people would think you
spent your money unwisely. I don't drive my car that hard/long in the heat,
so I have not had a problem, so I don't think I'll be buying one myself.
