Re: new guy, Vento vs. Jetta



     Vento is just the name that the Jetta is called in Europe.  It means
"wind" in Italian.  The Jetta was given this designation in Europe for the
third generation, but the U.S. car was still called the Jetta.  It is NOT like
"Synchro," which is the name of the all-wheel-drive system.  The Vento does
NOT have all-wheel-drive.
