try to see if you can drop the price any lower.  
eventhough it has 85,000 miles, its most likely
to be highway miles.  Highway miles are easy 
miles.  Check and see what type of maintance
has been done to it.(oil changes, belts, timing belt most of all,
brakes, tires) If the overall codition of the car is in good shape, go
for it,
but try to get the price down and use the mileage to your advantage.
