Check out Tire Rack's ads (either online at http://www.tirerack.com/ or in a 
mag) the P700Z should be around $70 right now on sale.  Z's have stiffer
sidewalls which prevent the sidewall from rolling over and heat production, and
usually provide crisper handling and a stiffer ride.  Really, you should check
out http://www.tirerack.com/  it's a good site, and answers many FAQs.

Cheep?  I just called a big time tire/wheel retailer near me and he
quoted me something like $160 for the Z and $130 each for the V!  Whats
the going rate?  BTW whats the difference between the V & Z besides the
obvious speed rating differences?  Thanks!
