wind roar...

vw people,

all of a sudden (yesterday), my driver's side door starting making a loud
roar when i got over 40mph.  i checked all the windows, made sure everything
was closed, checked the windows seals and everything looks fine.  the only
way i can get it to stop is if i open the sunroof or i open the driver or
passenger side window.  anyone have any thoughts on this?? 
i am nearing my 20,000 mile mark and i will probably bring it up then.  i
just want to make sure it gets fixed before my warranty runs out.
it is very annoying and loud
