cargo net question

Hi all,

Because of the conversation around the cargo nets a couple of weeks ago =
I went and bought one at my local dealer, $34 all told.

The problem is it came with 2 mounting screws that the parts guy said =
should just fit into existing holes.  Where the hell are these holes!  I =
looked around the rear of the trunk (taillight side) and couldn't find =
anything.

Someone alleviate me of my ignorance please!
