Just to state the obvious...  I got the car back today 
and well, they fixed about half of it, and made some worse.

The spoiler has streaking on about half of it still, and
the trunk now has marks on it below the spoiler, and they
appear to have knicked the Jetta bag somehow.

They clearly just buffed it out and didn't repaint it.

The only real question in my mind is now do I just call
VWOA or the dealer to complain...  grumble.
