Hey franklin Here are the answer's to your questions.
1.Depending on the manufacturer the chip can range from $99-$250 dollars.
Most chips come next day air included in the price.
2.Most chip co.send the instructions with the chip and some even give tech
help(q-chip autotech).

The chip install took me about 20-30 minutes because it was my first chip
