scanner/guage panel ATTN: Ross B. Stuart

I found an image of a really nice looking panel for the center console
that fits two VDO guages and a beartracker.  I *think* it was from a
message from Ross B. Stuart to the list.  I was just wondering if that
was something you bought or made (and what you used to make it if you
did it yourself).
