   The shifter cost $350.00.
I bought it from neuspeed and plan to install it this weekend. From
speaking with the guy from neuspeed I was able to gleen that it's more
time consuming than difficult when installing. For instance you have to
drop the muffler to get it done. The kit I got was just the shifter unit
itself. (about the size of a football)
btw I test drove the top integra before buying the GLX in august and the
acura shifter is about 10 times better. I dont understand why VW would
put such a crappy shifter into such a great car.
