Cruise Control Retrofit

Anyone know what is involved in retrofiting a 95 GTI (4 cyl) with
cruise control. Can the stock-arm be harvested from a wreck and the
install a DIY?
Just want to know if possible, whats involved, and if anyone has
detailed procedures/pics that would be incredible!
