Great Customer Service! (WAS: $$$ DISCOUNT PRICES ON HEADLIGHT ...)

Hey all,

I began speaking to Jan Cerato a number of weeks ago regarding his
company's products (headlight covers, fog light assembly covers, etc)
and his new endevour....North America's first Watercooled VW Mag.

After discussing at length the wonderful resource that is the gti-vr6
and jettaglx lists, Jan was very helpful when I inquired about
foglight assembly covers and about their other products.  He also
decided on the spot to offer a special discount to me (as a list
member).  Being a VW nut himself, Jan was anxious to check out the
lists and share in our fun.

I sent in a cheque with my order a few days later and sure enough my
package arrived quickly.  To my disappointment, I had specified the
wrong part and didn't get quite what I wanted.  After explaining the
situation to Jan, he replied "No problem, I'm sending out the part
you wanted today".  Can you beleive that?  I didn't get any of the
hassel that you'd expect from some companies.  What customer
service!!!  

Definately take him up on those special offers if you are interested.
