I was in DisneyWorld this past week, and it so happens this was the same
time that all the VW dealers were invited to Epcot in Orlando to test drive
the Beetle.

While walking around one of the nicer restaurants on the property, I
overheard one VW executive from VWOA talking to some other attendees (for
the VW event) that a 2.8 Tiptronic V6 will be coming out in the Beetle.

Know my hearing may be suspect, and the gentlemen may have been simply
fantasizing about the prospect, but if it ever happens, you heard it here
first. ;)
