The jumper you have now just allows the fogs to come on with just the 
parking lights, lows, or highs (the stock switch will turn the fogs off 
if you turn on the highs, and won't let the fogs turn on with just 
parking lights).  You need the so called "bridge", which is a Neuspeed 
part, in order to have both highs and lows simultaneously.
