more leather than you can shake a cow at

mmmm i loooove my black leather seats....
they are sooo supple! very comfortable.
and i like the fact that it doesn't end at the 
seats. allll the way up the doors- nice 
effect- like being surrounded by the 
material, it's comforting.
gee, how many cows does it take to deck
out one of our cars, anyway? oh well it's 
not important- they're COWS!!!

what's the best way to take care of my 
leather seats and beyond? i mean besides
sitting on them that's unrealistic. what
products can/should i use to prolong their
life? i surely want it to last longer than the
previous owner! (that would be the cow)

same question for the non-leather surfaces
as well. dash etc.
