Greg,

some VW dealerships like Timmons VW carry the European headlight switch.  
Pickup a copy of European Car magazine, Timmons VW's advertisement will be 
located towards the back of the issue.  Mention that you read European Car 
magazine and that you are a member of the Gti-VR6/Jetta GLX list you will 
recieve a 10% discount.  Also, the European headlight switch can be 
purchased at aftermarket tuners such as Neuspeed, Rapid Parts, Velocity, 
Autotech, etc....
