While I loke the new Jetta I doubt I would buy one. I doubt it will perform as well as the current Jetta. Basically same engine with a little more midrange torque and it weighs more. From a performance viewpoint I think it's a step back. But we'll have to wait till the GLX actually comes out. Depends on what VW does with the suspension...
