voiding warranty

Hi all,

First off, thanks for the welcome.  I'm new to VWs so bear with me : )

Secondly, like some of you, I would like to 'personalize' my Jetta.  How do
you go about it without voiding your warranty?  I'm thinking about some
nicer (slightly larger) wheels for summer and possibly a few bolt-ons like
intake and/or chip in the future.

I don't know what kind of HP we're talking about but I expect it's
conservative.  I guess I'm just looking for more driveability.
