Yes I have the complete factory Bose system. I think the $520 for the
factory Bose CD changer (actually a Panasonic 6 disc) is a little steep.
I'm trying to decide between a new CD head unit from Eclipse, Pioneer,
etc... or the factory changer. I was told by someone on this list that the
factory head units are of poor quality. I don't know if they ment the new
Bose system as well. I'm thinking that a new head unit will improve sound
quality but it's a risk. What if it doesn't? I also want to add a
subwoofer setup later which is another reason to go with a new head unit,
as most of them have seprate subwoofer RCA outputs. I just want a CD
player and I want to buy the best bang for my buck!
