Short Shifter Kits

Since I am on the Airplane right now to Boston. I thought I would type up some
E-mail. Given I still have 3 hours left.. Expect a lot..

I am thinking of going with the Short Shifter kit. From Who? I don't know yet.
What are the pro's and cons?
