RE: Changing fog light bulbs...

i have gotten behind the lamp assembly and removed the connector but can't 
figure out how to get the bulb out of the assembly without removing the 
whole lamp.  is it held in by a clip or anything.  never had the problem of 
water pooling and i am upgrading to the ion lenses, brighter/bluer.  when i 
looked at the assembly i noticed that there was a small torx screw next to 
the upper mounting screw, do you know what this is for?
