brake fluid flush

I just had my 30K mile service done on my 95 GLX.  They said everything =
was fine, but that I should have the brake fluid flushed.  Of course =
they wanted to charge me $69  for it on top of the $325 for the normal =
service.  Is this something that I should have done?  Can I get it done =
cheaper than $69? =20
