RE: A/C smell

Geoff and others,

To get rid of that A/C stink, turn the fan on high and fresh air. Spray
some of the Spray Lysol into the outside A/C-heat air intake below the
windshield to kill the mold spores. From now on, before shutting down
for periods of more than a couple hours, turn off the A/C compressor
about a minute before you reach your destination but keep the fan on.
The residual cold in the system will still cool the car. The air should
warm up by the time you stop and therefore the evaporator will not be
cold and damp overnight to grow mold. You don't need to do this between
errands, just at the end of the day. Viola, no more smell.
