AutoTech Chip

Anyone had any experience with this chip?  I am considering it, but at 
only $$99.95 I am wondering if they are doing something less than the 
other manufacturers; since most other chips cost more.  Anyone got this 
chip and have good/bad experiences with it?  Also, give me some 
impressions on the other chips if you have them.  I am _only_ going to 
do the chip and installing a K&N.  The car is brand new and I don't want 
to fuck with my warantee.  Anyways, see ya laters
