I agree with Khan - I think that heated seats will work regardless of an
outside temperature, if you have the dials set anywhere from 1 to 5
(setting the dial at 5 will fry your 'hiney after a while!).

After initial period of "you can't be serious, that is such an unnecessary
luxury", my friends have learned to appreciate the "butt warmer", as
they call i).  Now they complain that rear seats don't have it (buy Audi, I
tell them)...  So, besides fighting for a driver's seat, I have to mediate on
who seats in front during winter months!   :-)

Seriously now - I have noticed, that passenger seat does not get warm
if no one is sitting in it, regardless of the dial position.  Is there a sensor
for that purpose?
