My '95 does it too, when I've got those damn GA's on. My winter tires
(Toyo Observe G03 195/55R15) don't do it. When I talked to my servivce
manager, he mentioned that there was a TSB about this problem (Don,
please correct me if I am wrong).

Apparently, the internal carcass of the tires tend to twist under load,
and what may be happening is that the net effect is to pull the car to
one side. I've had the car aligned twice and it still did it. Then I
rotated the tires, and that helped. The service manager told me that
on other cars, what they've done is to take one of the front tires off
the rim, turn it around, and put it back on. That has "cured" the
problem for many people.
