As long as a car has not been titled, it can still be sold as new.
Kind of stupid is it not. I know most leasing agents won't/can't
lease a car as new if it has over 5000 miles. I bought a new dealer
demo with 10,000 miles on it once and saved quite a bit and it was new
as far as the bank loan went.

Good deal - just wanted to make one point not to confuse and/or depress
future GLX owners. 1995 model year had "winter package" (heated
seats, heated windshield wiper nozzles) as a standard equipment.

And you are right to be upset - as far as I know, any vehicle with over
2,000 miles on the odometer can not be called "new" anymore.
The price they are asking is ridiculous, anyway.
