Re: Headlight/Foglight Shunt

I see another tech page here. Is there already a tech page out there
somewhere on this mod?? I know EC Magazine did an article on this mod.
Does anyone have a copy of this issue, or all the Jetta mod articles
from EC Mag?? Did EC use the same euro switch??

I plan on doing this mod to my '95 GLX as well. And as usual I will
photograph the whole thing, inside and out.

Oh, on the euro switch, why do we want to disable the DRLs. Are we
talking a performance hit on the alternator here?? I kind of like the
safety feature of the DRLs. I mean, hey, when I come flyin around a
turn I want to make damn sure some moron pulling out of a side street
has at least a half second to see me coming!

Jettamann,...out....
