Removal of the factory stereo support bracket

Ok, you stereo installation Gods.  I need some advise on how to "easily"
remove the factory ('95 GLX) stereo support bracket riveted (four rivets
to be exact) to the dash, behind the stereo.

I have access to a variable speed drill and a Dremal tool.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
