I agree.  This team is essentially not be coached.  Everyone is
taking the path of least resistance, so good players become lazy,
and struggling or developmental players play the game they are
used to from college.  Ainge made a terrible error in trusting Carroll,
who seems to be the Coaches Rebellion's Last Stand.  The Celtics'
next legitimate NBA coach will be their first since Chris Ford --
or, arguably, Bill Fitch.  Since then we have had either caretakers,
players coaches, or debacles.  That as much as anything explains
the team's fortunes over the last fifteen years.  We need a coach
who truly understands uptempo professional basketball.
