All that is needed is for a Coach to make his case during games to the point
of getting ejected a few times till Pierce gets some respect. Or get someone
like Waltah to be used usefully for something at least to do some holding.
Then let  Carroll make his case. Right now the refs are zeroing in on Mihm
and Yiri and making petty calls.
