Re: [Celtics' Stuff ] Troy Murphy anyone? from RealGM

I checked into the Warrior game last night and Murphy didn't dress and they
said he bone spurs in his feet. I now really doubt this would happen but Danny
did trade for the future when he traded for a damaged Raef....

Troy Murphy, one of Golden State's most improved player, is on the
block.
In his last year of his contract, teams with post help would not mind
acquiring. He is not a large contract that can mess-up the team's chemistry.
Cliff
Robinson, acquired from Detroit for Bob Sura, has replaced Troy Murphy at
starting Power Forward, due to an injury. Sources learned that he will be
traded to
Boston by the deadline, most likely.
Traded from Cleveland to Boston, Jumaine Jones has not played much this
season. He fits in the system of 3pointers from coach Jim O'Brien, but has
still
not managed to find playing time. Meanwhile the Warriors will also send
Calbert Cheaney, and for the Celtics, Mark Blount. Mark Blount, is on the
block
because the emergence of Chris Mihm can make him a starter, or back-up when
 LaFrentz comes back. >>
