Re: Is it all worth it?

Well Shawn one thing is for sure. None of the dudes, or dudettes here have
had nor will have the opportunity to do what a Danny Ainge is doing. They
are merely speculating on player past performances and draw conclusions that
fit their style. They can't predict the future though. That's where they get
into trouble, when they try.

DA's moves to date as far as I'm concerned get a C+. But this came after
watching the story play out. I don't like Mihm much, James was a bust, Davis
is a keeper. Yiri's score is out because his left hand is more a handicap
than mentioned. Healthy he looks to be a keeper. Davis is definitely a
keeper. Banks is green but salvageable. We may see big time improvement when
Atkins comes in. I mean playing 500 from here out would be huge compared to
where we've been.

Pierce is still the man to build around. Yes, he has been looking sloppy. A
point guard and forward will change all that. This team if only by accident
can only go up. There are so many teams better than us it's suffocating. I
give DA an A+ for trying the Ali Shuffle in Basketball.
