I can't remember where but I have an inkling about Damon Stoudamire. 

Damon for Blount, Mills, James and Stewart works. Blazers significantly 
reduce payroll for next year, reducing luxury tax payment which seems to be 
important to them right now. We get a get a pothead who can significantly stabilize 
our point guard situation and gives us a huge free agent trade potential next 
year or summer.....
