Obviously if you're not the tallest player out there one must know where you
teammates are going to be when on the defensive boards and make the move
almost instantaneously. On the offensive boards it's just a matter of going
directly back up with it without lowerering. Tommy H., preaches it all the
time. McHale was the best I ever saw practice it.
