have good communication?  They didn't have an understanding between the two of 
them?  
That O'Brien didn't show him love, even when undeserved?  Didn't show him the 
utmost trust by putting the ball in his hands and calling him the point 
forward?
I beg to differ.
In fact, I'll go step further and say that Pitino tried all of those things 
in his last season with Antoine and got nowhere.
