One thing I know for sure is that we don't need any information on this
ongoing event on this list PERIOD.  For those that need any details they can
find it so easily in virtually any media form, without even trying.

We determined here when the story broke that no human should take joy for
this event, and worse we don't need the kind of details that Ray posted in
this message.  Our kids might read these messages, and though life happens
and they can't be protected from everything, at a minimum this list should
not stoop to a level to need to track the pending trial like a gossip rag.

Heck we get enough of that with the clean news from our team anyway.  I for
one am happy for Vin and wish him the best. It takes a real man to fess up
to his problems and make the best of it.  We can only hope the same outcome
for Mr. Bryant, guilty or innocent.

The bottom line, I vote for no Kobe news or updates on this list ever unless
it pertains to his ability to play in a Celtics game.  I would appreciate
your collective support to ensure that my strong opinion is recognized
across this list of fine people.
