Celtics disaster

I'm usually pretty quiet. I went and bought the NBA package, and as to
watching the Celtics, I sure threw away my money!

The 3rd quarter last night was the poorest, DUMBEST display of
basketball I have seen in 50 (Gulp!) years of watching the NBA.

The coach is useless, and is stupid as well. Blount, a total nonentity
on offense, enters the game. Is a play being run for him? He runs down
and tries this weird shot, that is "Brick". Either the coach is inept
for running it, OR he is inept for leaving Blount in.

The offense consists of heaving bad 3-pointers over and over again. Good
movement without the ball: run TOWARD the guy with the ball! Hey, that
would be great on defense, but on offense? What happened to the cutting
game?

So it comes back to the coach: if the team is going to be this inept,
then play all the rookies. At least develop them. But as to what I saw
last night, NONE of the veterans except Pierce and Baker are worth
keeping. Play those two and only the kids, and start something.

Not only do the Celtics stink, but they are a boring stink, and a
stagnant stink.

How long is Ainge going to wait? I think O'Brien has gotten enough rope
by now.
