Nice piece Josh. But I'd add one more thing: STOP the 3. No more 3 pointers until you win 3 in a row. And then only one a quarter. Also, learn from volleyball (huh?): require 3 passes per possession even if you fail to score. Learn (teach) some ball movement, rather than bowel movement. Bob
