Re: espn draft news

< We noted last week that Dr. Jonathan Niednagel, the brain-typing man
in whom Danny Ainge has much faith, helped Timberwolves boss Kevin
McHale with the 2002 NBA draft. That is not the case, even though it
was reported that way in two newspapers last summer. While Niednagel
has assisted McHale, he was not involved in the Wolves' decision to
draft Marcus Taylor. That's good for Niednagel, because Taylor didn't
pan out . . . > - Peter May

< Speaking of "brain doctors", Peter May keeps perpetuating the myth in
his Sunday column by apologetically noting that Niednagel allegedly had
nothing to do with the T-Wolves' failed pick Marcus Taylor (of course
not - he's never been wrong , remember?) and calling him "Dr. Jonathan
Niednagel". > - Kestas

Or maybe just a bit of too-subtle sarcasm over having been told to
retract the good Doctor's (Ph.D, Sing Sing ) involvement in the
inept Taylor drafting?
