Players Draft Help Celtics II

Via trading the two picks and moving up in the draft (which could allow
the Celtics to
likely select in the 10 - 14 range):

1. Torin Francis - Like a bigger, more talented Tyrone Hill, this Notre
Dame
PF would give the C's the prototypical PF they currently lack.

2. Aleksander Pavlovic - Another terrific Serbian prospect, looks like
he could be the next
very good to great Euro SF.

3. Leandrinho Barbosa - High octane, good-sized Brazilian PG who would
fit in well in
Dick Harter's system. Like to see him improve his outside shooting a
bit, but his defense
is already NBA quality and would be a vast improvement over Bremer and
Delk as
far as running a team.

4. Pavel Podkolzin - C's need a man-mountain in the middle to contend
and this
Siberian guy qualifies. He's going to need some time to develop
however, as he's
somewhat in the Diop raw like unwashed celery category.

Via keeping the picks -- circa 16 and 22 -- and drafting two players:

1. Erazem Lorbek - Spartans freshman PF from the famous Lorbek
basketball family
of Slovenia. There's Erazem and his brothers Lawrenski, Darrelski and
Darrelski.
Erazem had he stayed in Europe would have been a Top 10 pick -
tremendous
scorer and rebounder, needs more dedication to defense.

2. Antoine Wright - Pierce like Texas A&M SF. A freshman like Lorbek,
so
developmental time needed.

3. James Lang - Talented and massive, weight a concern. Worth a shot.

4. Carlos Delfino - Fine Argentinian SG/SF. Compared to Ginobilli.
Likes to play D, so a bonus.

5. Nick Collison - Solid and brings it every game. A no look bad draft
choice.
The Anti-Moiso.

6. Raymond Felton - Could be a very good to All Star PG, has the NC
bloodlines - needs
developmental time, as only a Frosh.

7. Kedrick Perkins - Another high school big man worth a developmental
shot.
Size: 6-10 PF or 6-11 C a question.....

More to come.
