Don't you wonder, though, if Kedrick fears to be more
aggresive offensively? I mean, O'brien has made it
pretty clear that there are 2 guys on the team who are
allowed to look to score. The rest are there to defend
and score opportunistically as a last resort when the
captains are unable to. Kedrick's seen two more
offensive-minded "classmates," Johnson and Forte,
shown the door, not to mention Baker's offensive gifts
being unappreciated. The guy is probably scared stiff
about putting up a bad shot and getting sent back to
Obie's doghouse.

Speaking of Baker, it continues to boggle the
imagination that Wallace didn't do more due diligence
into the alcoholism reports before commiting to a $50
million-odd contract. The Herald report makes it sound
like things are getting more bizarre by the day -
Vin's supposed to address the team, doesn't show, is
supposed to meet with management, doesn't show, and
finally gets chased home by management? Ye gods.
