SOME ADDITIONS: Undrafted free agent Ron Slay inked a non-guaranteed contract with the Miami Heat this week, he shocked many by going undrafted, but told media he was pleased with where hes at now. Slay is expected to compete for a roster spot in Miamis summer program Lenny Cooke, the heralded High School star in 2002 who became nothing at the NBA level, will get a shot at making it in with the Boston Celtics who agreed to sign him a Summer League contract, hes expected to suit up against LeBron James at the Reebok Summer league on July 14th UA forward Rick Anderson has also reached an agreement to join the Celtics summer program as well as the Clippers, an Arizona standout, Anderson went undrafted. Rumor has it fellow Wildcat Jason Gardner may get an invitation by the Warriors, league sources say hes getting offers for tryouts.
