** They very easily could have called Robinson for over the back. In
watching the replay he went over the back of both Battie and Pierce who both
did their damnedest to box him out.
He also got lucky with the jump ball since it clearly went off him last.
But, that's the kind of calls you're going to get on the road.
I'm not complaining about the officiating. I just find it difficult to fault
the players on that particular play.

**True. I forgot about that. You do realize that means that Baker actually
had three of four shots blocked. He was also credited with two turnovers
himself and was the direct cause of at least one more that I can remember.
All in sixteen minutes.
And people want to know why we don't go to him more often?

** I agree. I paid special attention to his ball handling at the beginning
of the season because that was one concern I had with the turnover of players
and our point guard position, especially with the 8 second rule. He started
out the season just fine.
Now every time he brings the ball up the court it's an adventure.
With all the stories about how he and Baker would cry on each others
shoulders out in Seattle when things weren't going well, makes you wonder if
some of Bakers insecurities aren't somehow rubbing off on Shammond.
I don't know. I'm probably grasping at straws.
