Francis</A> today were named the Eastern Conference and
Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played
Monday, January 13 through Sunday, January 19. Walker averaged 24.8 points,
7.8 rebounds, 4.3 assists as the Celtics finished the week with a 3-1 record.

Francis averaged 29.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 9.3 assists and 2.0 steals in
leading the Rockets to a 3-0 record.

Here is a closer look at the week for Walker and Francis:

Antoine Walker
Jan. 15 vs. Atlanta -- Posted 20 points, seven rebounds, four assists, two bl
ocks and a steal in a 86-66 win over the visiting Hawks.
Jan. 17 vs. Indiana -- Tallied 31 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and a
block as he recorded his sixth double-double of the season in a 98-93 win
over the Pacers.
Jan. 18 at Milwaukee -- Had 25 points, eight rebounds, six assists and two
steals in helping the Celtics snap a seven-game losing streak at Milwaukee
with a 97-95 victory over the Bucks.

Steve Francis
Jan. 13 vs. Boston -- Had 26 points, nine assists and five rebounds in a
101-92 win over the visiting Celtics.
Jan. 15 vs. Phoenix -- Tallied 19 points, eight assists, five rebounds and
three steals in a 102-96 win over the visiting Suns.
Jan. 17 vs. L.A. Lakers -- Scored a career-high 44 points while tying his
career-high of 11 assists in a 108-104 OT win over the visiting Lakers.
